The first point is located above the nose - midway between the eyebrows. Turn your thumb down with a fingernail and press down with a pad.

From above, examine your brush with tightly folded fingers. A muscular hillock forms between the large and the index. In its center will be the point we need. Press firmly with the thumb of your other hand. Do massage points on both hands alternately.
