Lavender essential oil : benefits and indications
To relieve stress, prepare a hot water bath with 20 to 30 drops of true lavender EO in a neutral base (type sweet almond vegetable oil).
Use of lavender essential oil (EO) in massage
To calm nervousness and anxiety, mix 10 drops of lavender EO, 3 drops of noble chamomile EO and 1 drop of neroli EO in 10 ml of sweet almond oil. Massage the solar plexus with this preparation.
Use of lavender essential oil (EO) externally
* During burns, apply on the affected area (s) 15 drops of true lavender EO combined with 5 drops of carrot EO in 15 ml of St. John's wort vegetable oil (or sweet almond oil). . Repeat this operation until improvement.

* On wounds, apply three times a day the mixture of a drop of lavender HE, a drop of laurel EO and a drop of tea tree EO .
Caution: essential oils should not be used pure, it is essential to dilute them with a vegetable oil (sweet almond for example).
Contraindications of essential oil (HE) lavender
- Lavender essential oil is not recommended for pregnant women and before the age of 12 years.
- In case of allergy, it is necessary to test the essential oil in the hollow of your elbow.
