Chicken fillet 140 g
Buckwheat 40g
Mushrooms (I have mushrooms) 80 g

Tomato 50g
Soy sauce 15 ml
Olive oil 5 ml

Cooking:

Boil buckwheat. Mushrooms boil. Cut the fillet into slices 2x2 cm, stew adding with the addition of soy sauce. Chop vegetables and chop them together with mushrooms. Mix buckwheat, vegetables and fillets. Fill with oil.

2. Rice with seafood for dinner!


Ingredients:

For 3 servings:
rice 180 g
seafood 300 g (we have sea cocktail)
onion 100 g
carrot 80g
garlic 2 cloves
oil 15 g
cheese 20 g (we have Parmesan)
salt, hot red pepper, black pepper

Cooking:

Onions and carrots cut into cubes and fry with garlic and butter for a couple of minutes, put the washed rice in the pan and pour water to completely cover the rice. Stew for 5 minutes and add seafood, salt, spices. Stew until cooked rice and wipe the water. 3. Original and tasty: salad for dinner!



Ingredients:

Turkey 500 g (can be replaced with chicken)
Mushrooms 350 g (we had chanterelles, but mushrooms or whites are better)
String beans 500 g
Salt, black pepper
Cooking:

Meat and beans cook. Mushrooms to fry in the pan (you can with onions). All mix and fill.

Sour cream 10%

4. Fish baked under a broccoli and cheese coat



Ingredients:

Salmon - 800 g, any red fish will do (we only had 420 g of pink salmon fillet)
Broccoli - 450 g
Onions - 1 pc
Cream - 200 ml (can be replaced by milk)
Egg - 1 pc
Cheese hard - 50-70 g
Nutmeg pinch (or spice mix for fish)
Marjoram pinch (or spice mix for fish)
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking:

Broccoli dipped in boiling slightly salted water for 2-3 minutes.
Wash the fish, dry with a paper towel. Cut into cubes.
Grind broccoli (not much) in a blender with the egg. Add cream, marjoram, salt, pepper and beat again.
Onions to clear and cut into thin half rings. Cheese grate.
Cover the heat-resistant form with parchment paper, spread evenly onions on the bottom of the form, then cubes of fish. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with nutmeg (or a mixture of spices for fish).
Pour the mixture with broccoli and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 160 ’for about 50 minutes.

5. Chicken cutlets for dinner



Ingredients:

Chicken Breast - 1 pc
Onion - 1/2 pc
Garlic - 2 slices
Salt - Pinch
Hot pepper - to taste
Corn starch - 2 tbsp. l
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp

Cooking:

Chop chicken breast with a knife
Shred onion
Chop garlic
Mix chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper
Add starch, baking powder and sour cream, mix. the dough turns out liquid
Spread the chops in the pan with a spoon, fry in coconut oil (can be without oil) on both sides. after turning over the stew under the lid.
